PLAYED MAIN STAGE AT LOLLAPALOOZA IN FRONT OF 50,000 PEOPLE
G-Eazy has just shared a recap video of his first ever sold out headlining amphitheater tour. 'The Endless Summer Tour' with Logic, YG, Yo Gotti and multiple special guests throughout has seen milestones happen nightly for the Bay Area's newest hometown hero with capacity crowds lining up in every city. The video begins in Dallas where G sets out on the first leg of the tour and includes live footage of his elaborate stage show and production as well as a segment where he recently learned his sophomore album When It's Dark Out has officially reached RIAA certified platinum status in an interview on the tourbus.
G also gives fans a peak into his tourbus fully equipped with a studio where he is recording a new mixtape. Continuing through the Southwest he makes his way up to Los Angeles where he sold out The Forum amphitheater with over 17,000 screaming fans in attendance. The video is capped off with the paramount homecoming show in front of 22,000 strong at The Shoreline Amphitheater outside of his hometown of Oakland in Mountain View, CA.
The legendary Lollapalooza festival saw G-Eazy play one of the most memorable sets this year. 50,000 people stormed the main stage where he played the second to last set of the evening on Thursday in front of J. Cole. Additionally GQ named him one of the best dressed men of the week. Following stellar performances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with Tory Lanez and The Today Show with Grace last week, his video for "Saw It Coming", the Ghostbusters
movie soundtrack smash with Jeremih, dropped and has nabbed over 1 million views on YouTube in just 5 days. Check the music video and be sure to watch the tour recap video now. Stay tuned for more from Young Gerald coming soon.
