Owning the Summer of '16 with his massive radio hits "Uber Everywhere," and chart-ascending new single "I Want (feat. 2 Chainz)", Atlanta's MadeinTYO (pronounced Made In Tokyo) comes today with the previously announced You Are Forgiven EP and the surprise release of his new mixtape, Thank You, Mr Tokyo, both coming via Private Club Records. The 7-track EP features an updated version of "Uber Everywhere" featuring Travis Scott and other songs never previously commercially released, while the new mixtape is all new material with MadeinTYO holding court on his own.
MadeinTyo's debut single "Uber Everywhere" quickly cruised to the Top 10 at Urban radio, now with over 60M plays on Spotify, 35M views on YouTube, 23M plays on Apple Music, and 36M Soundcloud streams. New single "I Want (feat 2 Chainz)" is now up from 150 to 70 at Urban radio and continues to climb while fans eagerly wait for new video coming soon.
MadeinTYO will be kicking off this national headlining The Private Club Tour alongside Private Club Records labelmates Salma Slims, Mynamephin, Noah Wood$ and special guests in Sacramento, CA on August 31, but will also make an appearance at Billboard Hot 100 Fest this weekend. The tour wraps in Berkeley, CA on September 28 - full dates below.
