Award-winning and accomplished actress and producer Vivica A. Fox makes her Directorial Debut with the music video for the single "We On," written and performed by Thomas Hobbs and produced by Justin "DJ DNA" Adams. The music video for "We On" was released exclusively on Facebook last week and is on YouTube now, announced Fox.

"When I heard Thomas Hobbs' 'We On' single I knew I had to make this song my Directorial Debut! With its sexy hawt catchy sound with lyrics that fit a video storyline that is so current about today's dating situations. I believe Hobbs' audience will enjoy our video collaboration and be rocking out to this hit in da club and in their whip!" said Fox.
"We On," the single, is now available on iTunes. Hobbs is signed to Fox's management company Foxy Brown Productions, Inc., and the music video marks their first video collaboration. "We On" is Hobbs' second single under Fox's management, with last year's "None of Y'all" marking their first single release together. "We On" is a Rap/Hip-Hop Dance Pop song with great crossover appeal. The dancers' clothes in the music video are from her Vivica A. Fox Collection by Poetic Justice Jeans.
"I hired Andrew Williams from my 'Vivica's Black Magic' show to choreograph the dance routine of 3 male and 3 female dancers to be the 'clique' and do a sensuous and fun routine to enhance the visuals. I enjoyed my Directorial Debut and look forward to making more hit videos with my client T Hobbs!" said Fox.
"Working with Vivica and DNA on 'We On' was an incredible experience throughout the entire production of the song and the music video. We had a vision, went with the wave, and it worked like magic," said Hobbs.
Hobbs became popular in the Midwest music scene and had local and regional hits on both radio and in the clubs. His opportunities began to expand and he and was invited to open for or perform with Chingy, D12, Bizzy Bone, Plies, Young Gunz, Rich Boy, Webbie, Laze & Royal, Twista and his mentor, Proof. The loss of Proof affected him deeply, as he had just spent several months with Proof and all the Iron Fist Organization. The experiences were life-changing and with this success in the Midwest, Hobbs took a leap of faith, packed up his equipment, and moved to Los Angeles.
A songwriter and musician since childhood, Hobbs first recorded his own songs at the age of 9 in his father's recording studio. Having a talented musical father meant that he was always surrounded by an eclectic mix of music. His father is a National Award winning singer/songwriter, studio owner, producer, and BMI & ASCAP Publisher. Hobbs was exposed to a wealth of music as a child, all of which influenced his development and had a profound influence on the direction his musical journey has taken.
Hobbs is currently working on an EP and recording new singles under Fox's guidance and management for release later in 2017.
